Choppies Enterprise Limited has announced that its executives have collectively bought around P1.75 million worth of shares under the retailer’s long-term incentive plan.
The biggest buy came from Minnesh Rajcoomar, who picked up 577,321 shares worth about P404,124.
Others include:
- Vidya Sanooj – 500,000 shares for P350,000
- Subeesh Kolazhy – 500,000 shares for P350,000
- Satheesan Kodakkadath – 333,333 shares for P233,333
- Deon Bauermeister – 200,000 shares for P140,000
- Mpho Gaamangwe – 50,000 shares for P35,000
- Girish Ammayath – 133,333 shares for P93,333
- Marthinus Ferreira – 200,000 shares for P140,000
This comes shortly after CEO Ramachandran Ottapathu’s much larger purchase of 19.46 million shares for P13.6 million, which further boosted his personal stake in the company. Sanooj also bought 11,688 shares for just over P8,000 the same day.
